Eligibility

Participants must be at least 15 years old.

By signing up, you confirm that you are in good health and have no existing medical conditions that could be aggravated by cold exposure, such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues (mild high blood pressure/ asthma is okay).

Health & Safety

Cold exposure can be intense, and while the session is designed to be safe and therapeutic, it is important to listen to your body throughout the experience.

If at any point you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or uncomfortable, please notify the instructor immediately. You may exit the cold plunge at any time if necessary.

Waiver of Liability

By attending the session, you agree to participate at your own risk. We will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications that may arise from participation in the ice bath or any related activities.

You are solely responsible for your well-being during the session.

Medical Clearance

We strongly advise that participants with any medical conditions (especially cardiovascular or respiratory issues) seek medical clearance before participating.

If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or suffer from Raynaud’s disease, cold immersion may not be suitable for you. Please consult with your doctor before registering.

Session Arrival & Timeliness

Please arrive a little before the scheduled start time to complete the necessary waivers and prepare for the session.

All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

Photography & Video Release

We may take photos or videos during the session for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image or video for these purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor prior to the session.

Behavioural Expectations

We expect all participants to respect the group environment and adhere to the instructor’s guidance. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated, and any participant may be asked to leave the session at the instructor’s discretion.

Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a session in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to offer rescheduling options or a credit towards a future session.
